'Star Up Talk' event, a meeting to share stories without filters. Travels of women entrepreneurs - the challenges and problems that have already turned into strength. From the most touching moments to hilarious situations. Everything that builds an entrepreneur's journey. This project is implemented by the ARSIS Initiative and the BALANCE Center, supported by UN Women and funded by UK International Development.
The event was opened by three entrepreneurs who honestly shared their most difficult moments:
✨ Arena Llatja - Miskeco Social Care, who spoke about the challenge between doing business and the desire for charity, and the importance of developing new products to stay competitive.
✨ Jetmira Kajoshi - My Nature, who emphasized that business succeeds when we know our product well, promote it with confidence and rely on our local and healthy sources..
✨ Monika Hysenbegasi - Dar Dor Agency, who shared her experience on investing in personal skills and the power of a sustainable network to achieve success..
Subsequently, the confessions of @Xhemilina Shahaj, Ana Mullanji, Arjana Isaku and Kumrije Berushi brought stories of courage, restoration and self-confidence — from fear of beginnings, to challenging oneself, digitalization and rebuilding after interruptions.
A common message was reinforced throughout the event: failure is not the end, but an opportunity to grow, learn and become more innovative. It is a process of reflection that helps us grow as professionals and as individuals.
