In 2024, Balance Center played an essential role in the Business Accelerator: Empowering Entrepreneurs for Success project, funded by KFW and implemented by Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. This project focused on supporting start-ups that have been registered within the last two years, providing them with training, mentoring, and access to financing opportunities.

In 2024, the Balance Center was instrumental in the Business
Accelerator project, assisting start-ups with networking, consulting,
and logistical support. We connected entrepreneurs with major banks,
conducted one-on-one meetings, and assisted in preparing loan
applications for submission. We ensured smooth training and support
for start-ups by collaborating with Frankfurt School and financial
institutions, assisting them in obtaining the money they required for
growth. We are thrilled to continue assisting entrepreneurs in the
region and look forward to future accomplishments.

Business Accelerator

Business Accelerator is a program to help new and ambitious enterprises grow in the market! New enterprises will have the opportunity to increase the sustainability of their business and achieve access to finance!
In the first step, Frankfurt School offers a set of trainings for a period of 3.5-days, in support of efficient company management. These trainings are divided into 2 modules. The modules cover business modeling, human resources, digital marketing and AI tools and networking. In addition further advice is provided by Frankfurt School, guiding you and your business towards full financial security.

Module 1: Business Modeling

Over the course of two days, participants will delve into essential concepts and practical skills crucial for success.

They will gain expertise in problem-solving, creativity, innovation, and organizational efficiency.

Module 2: Work Smart and Grow Fast

The second training module is a comprehensive and dynamic program on human resources, designed to cover fundamental topics essential for organizational success. Participants will develop strategic competencies to enhance human resource practices and foster a thriving and high-performing workplace culture.

Module 3: Marketing Leaders

Participants explore the dynamic intersection of traditional marketing strategies and the latest digital innovations, including the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI). With a focus on leveraging AI technologies, they will gain the ability to:

Harness data effectively,
Optimize ad targeting, and
Personalize customer experiences for maximum engagement.

By mastering these skills, participants will gain a competitive edge in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.

With the right skills and strategies, networking becomes a powerful tool for startup growth. Build strong and meaningful relationships to enhance your business influence and drive long-term success!

Support with Consultation and Networking

Organizing One-on-One Networking Sessions: A key part of our role was facilitating one-on-one networking sessions between entrepreneurs and major banks, including Union Bank, Credins Bank, BKT Bank, and ProCredit Bank. These personalized sessions allowed entrepreneurs to connect directly with the banks, build relationships, and ask questions about the financing process. This was a critical step in helping them secure the funding needed to grow their businesses.

Updating Information and Contacting Entrepreneurs: Balance Center took responsibility for ensuring that all information was up-to-date and accurate. We regularly contacted entrepreneurs involved in the project, gathering the necessary details to facilitate smooth communication and ensure they were prepared for their interactions with banks.

Trainer Support for Pre-Screening: The trainers contracted by Balance Center also played a crucial role. They assisted entrepreneurs with pre-screening their loan applications, helping to ensure that the documentation and business plans were in the best shape possible before being sent to the banks. This pre-screening process was vital for easing the loan application process and increasing the likelihood of approval.
