Proven Track Record

We bring extensive experience in implementing international programmes such as SCORE (ILO), supporting 26 textile companies to optimize production processes, increase resource efficiency, and improve labour conditions. SCORE, an ILO initiative, empowers SMEs to grow and create better jobs by enhancing competitiveness through quality, productivity, and workplace practices—delivered through a combination of training, enterprise visits, and tailored counseling.

Comprehensive Sector Knowledge
Our expertise spans the entire Albanian textile value chain, with in-depth knowledge of CMT models, EU market standards, certification requirements (BSCI, SA8000, GOTS), and the structural challenges of export integration.Training and coaching were delivered both online and in person, ensuring accessibility for enterprises across different regions. The activities included kick-off and exchange camps, as well as specialized trainings in product development, marketing, sales, and digitalization. In addition, enterprises benefited from tailored access-to-finance sessions to strengthen their financial management. By mid-2023, over 700 enterprises had taken part in advisory sessions, with strong representation from women-led businesses (28%) and returnee-led businesses (about 25%).

We have strong capacity in EU legal alignment, sustainability frameworks, and regulatory gap analysis. Policy expert Jolta Kacani has led global value chain studies and sector-wide analyses, providing valuable insights for policy and business reform.
